One Man's Trash Is Another Man's Treasure....

So here we are innocently driving along...on our way to our weekly walk to the park.
And there on the side of the road...what is it??? Can it be???
YES !!!!
It's a shabby potters bench ready to be taken to the trash , smack right next to some trash cans. Oh , poor thing needs a home.
Hurry pop the trunk, and shove her in !!!

Bring it home!!
That is what I did.
Thanks to my very patient friend, who also loves a great find, helped me out.
I am so thrilled.
It fits perfectly in with my taste and looks so sweet next to our vintage table set.

Now, I have a place to put some garden tools and display our watering cans.
Yahoo !!!
I love the towel bar on it too !
Great to display my favorite vintage tea towel.

We hung white lights around, lit candles and had a BBQ outside last night.
Now I am on the hunt for some more extra outdoor seating and we'll be good to go.
Time to hit the Thrift Shoppes and Garage Sales !!!
I am not one to pass up a good piece of trash and make it my very own treasure !
