Here is a sweet three little kittens embroidery that I am working on for my daughter. I will surprise you all later as to what it is going to be exactly.
I love the sweet vintage embroideries of the 30's and 40's and found this free pattern at
Lot's more FREE stuff where that came from !
One more kitty to go and I am half way through with the finished product.
Stay tuned !!!
Aw, so sweet! It reminds me of the things I have from my great aunt. I love these sweet simple stiches too! Thanks for sharing that link too! If my hands ever start letting me get back into more arts and crafts again, I really want to try something like this!
ReplyDeleteThat is so sweet and your stitches are so good. I can't wait to see what it is going to be. Someone is a lucky little girl!

Hi--this has nothing to do with your post--but I saw a youtube video that reminded me of your daughter's love for elephants and there was a wonderful story about an elephant --quite amazing. I am going to give you a link, that may not work. If it doesn't work, well I will give you the title of it after I give the link---but there may be the same titles for more than one video!! :

Oh Mica, I love doing vintage embroidery. I once had several sets of flour sack tea towels I had embroidered myself, not to mention dresser scarves, etc. I need to get back in to it. I love the patterns at Pattern Bee, and have bought several of them in the past for myself. Can't wait to see what you are doing with this!
ReplyDeleteoh I love it! it is so sweet, can't wait to see what it is!
