Miss Bri and I ( Mommy ) went to the Library this last week for a delightful Marionette Show of the sweet story, The Elves and The Shoemaker. Mary Shaver is a one woman puppeteer who lived in Paris and has been on television shows and other functions with her many puppets and Marionettes. Bri was captivated by the little marionettes dancing about.
After leaving the show, we looked through the books that were for sale there and just happened to find a sweet story about a Puppet maker called Poppy's Puppet.
Later that week we found a Pinnochio Marionette at the Thrift Shoppe. Bri is so excited !!!! Now we are making plans to make one of our very own...which she wants me to make a Princess for her... will have share later.
