I finished Miss Freckle's prairie dress just
in time for The Farm over the weekend.
She picked this apple red calico fabric
to match her gingham bonnet.
In history we have been studying

as well as the times of Laura in
Little House on The Prairie.

She absolutely loved to dress the period.
She was as beautiful as a rose!

ReplyDeleteI can not tell you how bittersweet this post is for me. My girls for so long loved to be Laura, they would have died over a dress like Miss Freckles. Hold on to these moments, they go by toooo fast my dear xoxox Clarice
