Keep In Touch....

There is nothing like getting a card in the mail from a friend.
Please don't tell me those days are over.
It doesn't have to be.
Now there is e-mail, Facebook and texting.

Will your children forget the mighty pen?
I think a card written in someones hand is so much more personal.
There is just nothing like it.

True that an e-mail or a text is instant....
But I love just going to the post box anticipating
a hand written card from a friend.
Don't you?

I appreciate the thoughtful gesture
of a card or note so much more.
It truly is gratifying.
I am even encouraging my children to write out cards.

Now that is a great find....
I am all ready to keep in touch with my friends.
Getting a card in the mail is like getting a present!!!
