In just less than two weeks we will be celebrating my sweet Mr. Darlings birthday. He will be the BIG "40"....In his honor I am throwing him a birthday party...with some vintage fun included. Just like me...he loves old stuff...So I am going to be decorating the backyard with old stuff of course. I thought it would be fun to make a photo booth set up for our friends to enjoy...I will be taking their pictures for memories. Today I thought I would play around with my ideas and came up with this little number. I recently found the little chairs at a garage sale for pennies...These will be painted before his big day. I added some photo frames our old typewriter, books, pillows, clocks and old records.
Mr. darling also loves old music...I found some old records thrifting....I will be setting up the record player and play The Glenn Miller Band, Frank Sinatra, Billy May, music from the 30's 40's and 50's....Perfect for the setting. I have more ideas up my sleeve...But will have to leave you in suspense until his party.
I can't wait.
