ReplyDeleteHi there
ReplyDeleteA great idea. I would use the scraps to get my 8yr old great grand daughter started on sewing, she is interested in learning to sew and I have started her by allowing her to sew up and down (an unthreaded machine) on paper with lines on it. She can now use the machine and sew straight.
So would love to win for her.

Hello, What a wonderful collection of fabric. What would I make with it?
ReplyDeleteFirst my daughter who will be 18 on Saturday is quiltinh, so I would of course let her choose some to nmake a scappy quilt with.
My 6 nieces have been asking me to make clothing for all sorts of small stuffed animals, barbies and dolls. I just made one niece a tutu dress for a hand size stuffed animal lizard named Lucy that she brought by .I know I would love to use some for that!!
We love to make bags for carrying stuff so it would go to that too. Since we have only a small fed ex size box of cotton fabric as a stash this would be a great addition:):)
