Over the past several days we spent time camping with family at Mountain Lakes Resort. Time was spent playing card games, crafting, swimming, roasting marshmallows and hanging out.
The first part of the trip was actually pretty chilly...but, that didn't stop the kids going in the pool. The campsite is nestled in the hills of the San Bernadino National Forest.
Freckles got the chance to feed the ducks and the Goose Family.
They sure did love her !!!

We strolled around the little fishing lake,
enjoyed a bit of putt putt, played at the playground
and stuck our toes in the sand.

We had a good time with the family this week.
With Summer around the corner,
we are planning a few beach trips,
camping in Big Bear, trips to the Zoo,
time spent with friends and much, much more.
Our boy will be flying back to Washington for a month this Summer.
He will be staying with his BBF/ and his Grandparents.

Camping at a lake sounds wonderful. We are soo lame, I find summers we hang home and enjoy the beach down the street, It is the fall we go off and do things. xoxox Clarice
