After being stuck in the house all week and canning...Freckles and I really needed a little outing. So, we packed up a picnic lunch and set out for Duck Pond. It was so nice and relaxing. We brought some bread to feed the duckies too! That was the highlight of the day! I am so glad we did that!

Look at this pretty gal...It was our favorite. I will call her affectionately "Freckles".

what a nice way to spend the day! love the pictures. my favorite is the white duck. makes me want to go on a picnic! have a great holiday weekend.

I haven't been the feed the ducks in a while...its a pleasant thing to do...I will makes plans for a picnic and feeding the ducks too...as soon as our weather is just a bit more comfortable.
