Our Summer vacation this year has been spent in the Great North West. We started our journey heading up to Coos Bay Oregon for a visit with my Hubby's parents. We spent a few days with them, visiting and leisurely hanging out. One day we took off downtown by ourselves and went to a couple book shops and antique shops. I found a few little treasures which I will share when we get home.
We had a lovely visit with our family.

Freckles enjoyed her grandparents very much. We even went to a Zumba class with her Gramma (my MIL) which was pretty fun, even though we had to try really hard to keep up with her. LOL...
After our few days in Coos Bay Oregon we hit the road and headed further north to see our son in Washington. unfortunately the day after we arrived to our son's house we got a phone call that my father in law was in a terrible car wreck. His truck was totaled and he was hurt and bruised badly yet, thank the good Lord for His grace, He sparred our Pa Pa Rooster from the crushed truck that had to be tore open by the jaws of life to get him out. We are so thankful that he is still with us. And so blessed we had such a great visit with them both.
