I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream For Ice Cream !

This Summery sort of day we are enjoying the fruit of our labor. 
By eating our homemade Strawberry Cheesecake Ice cream that is!
Since we made delicious strawberry jamlast week 
we had some strawberry puree left. 
Being one that hates to waste we used the remaining 
goodness in tis yummy, refreshing ice cream.
For this recipe you will need an ice cream maker machine.
Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingriedients:

1/2 C. 1/2& 1/2
8 oz. cream cheese
2 C. Heavy Cream
1  1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. egg substitute
3/4 C. Pureed Strawberries
1 C. Sugar

Method:

1. Beat eggs and sugar in a blender blending well until thick and creamy colored.
2.Add 1/2 & 1/2, cream, vanilla and cream cheese. Mix Thoroughly.
3.Add strawberries, Mix well.

I then used my ice cream machine. 
Pouring the contents into my frozen container. 
I churned for 30 minutes then put in the freezer for several hours.

  4. I love strawberry cheesecake so I am sure this would be a favorite for me....your previous post looks like a wonderful time off fellowship and fun....I have never heard of English country dancing but,it does look like fun for all......thanks so much for sharing your recipe....blessings
