Banana Pineapple Popsicles

We pulled out our Popsicle molds and fruit this week to make a healthy cold treat. I used my canned bananas which I canned this last Winter...(comes in handy when you don't have bananas on hand) and a can of pineapples along with coconut milk, blended it all together, making a very natural tropical Popsicle.

Banana Pineapple Popsicles
****
About four ripe bananas
1 can Dole pineapple with the juice
start blending this mixture while adding vanilla coconut milk until you get a smooth mixture. Pour mixture into Popsicle molds and freeze for about 8 hours.
Enjoy.

These are great snacks. My family loves them. I love the natural taste the best. We'll be spending the remaining Summer making different healthy fruity Popsicles.

We are crossing off some of our Summer Bucket List. Woo Hoo.
Hope your all having a great Summer.

  1. I have caught up on all your delightful summer posts!!!

WOW... what great pictures of Lake Tahoe! Loved them all and everyone looked like they had the time of their lives out there sight seeing. I loved Lake Tahoe all my life living in Northern Cali. We went there so much growing up and as a family several times before moving to Texas. I miss Tahoe so much. In fact, your brother and I celebrated our last Anniversary in California in Lake Tahoe... haha! - March of 2010. - Thank you Mica for sharing those pictures to bring me such fond memories of it. I am so THRILLED your family was able to go on this much needed and overdue Vacation and with good Company!!! :) - Happy Father's Day to Tony too... I am sure that was a little celebrating for him early in the Gorgeous Lake Tahoe surroundings, uh? :)

I love your summer Posts, (keep them coming) the creative flower can project idea below... looks like you totally would do that too. ;) Great Weather for "Popsicle too" - Just wish I was there to you to have some of it.... hahaha! Yummy...
